Founded in 1920 by Robert Stephens, R. Stephens Tasmanian Honey has evolved from a small hobby to a successful apiary with 2,500 hives, producing 35% of Tasmania’s honey crop.

They are renowned for their Golden Nectar Honey, sourced from the unique Leatherwood tree found only in Tasmania’s World Heritage areas. Additionally, they produce Golden Bee Honey, a blend of Clover, Blackberry, and Ground Flora Honey from the lush North and North-West of Tasmania.

Still family-run today, the Stephens family is dedicated to producing high-quality, allergen- and gluten-free honey with no additives.
